Support mental health awareness by participating in the SASH 5K on Saturday, May 3 at the San Antonio State Hospital. This run/walk event raises funds for patient programs and promotes the importance of mental health. The race starts at 8 AM, with early registration rates available through March. Not a runner? You can still support by choosing to "Sleep in for Mental Health."
